About IndTHC
What this is
Cannabis is not legal in Indiana — not for recreational use, and not medicinally. There is no legal market here at all. The nearest licensed dispensaries sit just across the border in Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio. IndTHC is an informational guide to those stores and to the enforcement reality of the drive — cameras, corridor posture, and roadside rights — so Indiana residents can weigh the options for themselves.
How the data is put together
Dispensary listings come from public state licensing information and official sources, organized into easy-to-read tables. Camera and enforcement information is compiled from published reports and public records. We keep everything as current as we can and note the limits below.
What this site is not
IndTHC is informational only — not legal advice, and not affiliated with any dispensary or government agency. We do not sell products or take orders.
Honest limits
Things change. Hours, prices, and even whether a store is open can shift without warning. Camera counts and enforcement details can go out of date too. Treat this as a helpful starting point, and double-check anything that matters before you drive.
